Rubin and Roy are partners and are real real fake, I trusted them to do a oil deal they sent me 2 fake Ci AND DID NOT HAVE THE FUEL then they TOOK my ICPO and tryed to act like they was trying to buy fuel foR me without my permission they lied to me for 3 weeks saying they was going to get me the fuel and the contact they was using was moving slow I wouldcall and email them and they would not answer my calls or my emails just lie lie lie all the time!
Stay clear of these people and this company they are 100% fake lies lies lies
I wasted time and money calling overseas for nothing! THEY ARE TIME WASTERS IN THE WORST
WAY, they will make you think they are the sellers, get your ICPO and shop it to another, without permission, they are on another black list
