"Pay a person" - Internet Banking

I'm very disappointed in the new 'pay a person' feature in Bill pay online. After a phone call, the bank assured me it would only take a few business days for the person to receive the money. A week later the person I was trying to pay still had not received it although it had cleared my account almost instantly. They called the bank who said it would be put in the next morning at 8 am. The next day it still had not been put into her account. She called again and they said it would be the next day at 8 am. This happened two more days in a row and I eventually had to wire more money from my account because she had not received the payment. A week and a half after I had used 'pay a person, ' she still had not received it and the banks excuse was that they had put it into an older account of hers... Only one problem, she has only ever had one account with US bank. They said she could cancel it and when she asked how, the guy on the line said he did not know. After he said he would ask the IT guy, her call was coincidentally dropped. She STILL has not received the money. The 'pay a person' feature is a scam and unless you would like your money two weeks later I would not recommend it to anyone. I've never written a bad review online but I was VERY disappointed by this experience.
