The eft group
Refused to send me the contract that states that i owe them yes me to death never sent it now put collection on me Internet

I joined with Matt the manager told me I can cancel any time. Contract I have doesn't say anything about a fee. So I sent the certified letter they say didn't receive it so I have proof someone signed for it. I did return receipt fax that to them the nothing then all of a sudden I gets calls saying I owe them $250 but they got $300 for the thirty days up front. I ask them to send this bill but they didn't have my address and I refused to give them so they supposedly emailed me. I never received. Now I'm in collections for $4000. But I have a letter from collections saying I owe this but I never received anything from eft after I faxed the stuff I had. No Im getting threatened by a collection agency
