While at work, I received a call from this company stating that I had only 30 days to pay them $1000 or their client would press charges and have me arrested for fraud. They had all of my vital information; but, when I asked who they were, what account they were collecting for, and so on, they wouldn't give me any information. The gentleman referred to himself as an investigator. He also said that he would send me an e-mail with all of the information I was asking for. I did take out a payday loan that I defaulted on; so I thought this may have been what the call was for. I paid the agency half of the money and told them that I would have to pay the other half in 2 weeks. He never sent me the e-mail that I asked for. I did get a receipt though. I started to get nervous when I saw all of the negative comments about this company on-line. I am afraid that I've been fooled.
