I have been dealing with Greentree for about 5 years and the statements are true about the rudeness.
When it went to Conseco; things gotten a little better but now that it is back to Greentree the customer service is ridiculous.
They are very unprofessional, talk to the customer like they are stupid or just not important. Would not listen you what you have to say.
For the person who wrote about paying your bill. This has Nothing to do with the rudeness and unprofessionism that they deliver.
Customer service is for the CUSTOMER... If you can not call without unnecessary interruptions and accusations from their service reps.
Threats of reposse and foreclosures is an Outrage.
What is the purpose of having a Customer Service department.
