I have filed many reports for at least 1 year against Conseco now GreenTree. I finally had to claim bankruptcy and ruin my good credit status for life I guess. (I am 61 years of age... So who knows.) I had to do this so they would not take my home. I can not refinance, sell or anything. Noone wants to deal with them because they are attached to my mortgage. I owe them as much today as when I borrowed the money to pay off some credit cards four years ago. I feel like I am dealing with the DEVIL. This has been the most disrestable, predatory lending company I have every delt with. I can not believe they are still in operation ripping off people and taking their homes.
Read all the complaints and file yours too. The more complaints MAYBE someone will listen and help. Let's all file, we need to band together.
