I required to stop a membership to siriusxm, who delivered me a declaration due 4/1 on a minute notice and 5/1 on the web website. While all make an effort to preserve me like a client, to incorporate a lowered price of $4.95 monthly for 6 months, just like the prior 6 months, unsuccessful - siriusxm them advised me I'd a superb stability of $27.95 for applied air-time back-dated to January 26. I had been never advised that siriusxm had started billing me at-at price of $25 monthly, in anyhow and sometimes even on the 4/1 bill, that we just acquired. After talking with two reps, the later a (Rayn), I had been informed that I've no option (spend the statement), that has yet to become recorded or delivered to me. I'm really disappointed and need this unauthorized fee taken off my bill.
