Financial Advisory

I went for an interview for a job. I was qualified for the job, and during the interview we went over my entire resume. He then looks at me and says, "Sell yourself to me." I was in this interview for about an hour, he tried very hard to intimidate me. I was not intimidated just thought this was his style of interviewing. So a few days later I got a call to come back and meet his partner.
I was then asked the same questions by the partner. However, during the first interview I was asked about insurance, and I stated I did need insurance. So this came up during our second meeting, I was told I would have to take a two dollar pay cut to have insurance, which I accepted. Mr. Vissotski, then decided he didnt like that and got out his calculator and started adding up what he pays, and asked me "Why do you need insurance?" I was so caught off gaurd. I stated because I am on medicines and a doctors visit is maybe a hundred dollars. Laughed and said thats nothing. I stated to him that is to me. He then said to me if your on medicines and it raises my premiums that would not be good. He stated his age and the other guys age and his receptionist age and said we are all healthy here, and I guess what Im saying is its a trust issue. I want you to add up the cost of your medicines and see if you really need insurance. He was trying to get information from me. I was appalled, and I was not going to tell him anything else. He then asked me to think about it and if I really needed it. I was then showed my office my responsiblities, and the insurance issue was not resolved. Mr. Vissotski also made me feel like I had to earn everything, there was my office, and an empty office as well, mine had no window and the other did. I felt like it was his way of saying you need to earn it. He also kept stating that he is not afraid to fire people and talked about the previous person that had my job. He stated that we dont talk in his office at all, about our personal lives that he does not care about any of that, that he does not want to know anything about what I did the day before, no small talk whatsoever. I think he was afraid the receptionist and I would get along. She was my age, and yes I liked her from the moment I met her.
Needless to say I went home and decided not to take this job. I feel he had no right to ask me why I needed health insurance.
