I have recieved numerous calls from CAMCO trying to collect on a debt that is 14 years old. The debt was through MBNA America who has since extended me large amounts of credit. Some of their phone numbers that show on caller ID are: 877-292-2626,877-298-0845,866-847-2410 (Patrick Beech), and a Jamaican based number of 876-951-6832.
They are very rude when calling. Accusing me of being a deadbeat, loser, etc. They keep offering lower and lower settlement amounts but the debt they are attempting to collect on is well beyond the statute of limitations for collection. When I inform them of this, they just get more rude. If you have a phone that has caller ID blocking, give them a shout... It's fun!
