This company will take you for every dime they can with extra fees, one day i am told I will not be charged if I get an advance from the broker then next I am charged 500 for doing it. They have no idea what there doing, I called in and ask if they would pay on a copy for a certain company was told yes, the next day was told they would not do it.
They have many times withheld my money for some reason of another, differs each time and was told "thats our policy". They do what ever they can to cost the trucking company extra dollars. For a few days now I had a truck broke down in NE, with 5 LTL loads on board, TBS withheld my payment after a few days, I spoke with Marcy to get this cleared up and did, explained to here the truck was broke down and thats what taking so long.
She told me everything was ok and they understood. As of this morning I needed and advance for fuel on a load and was told they would not do it because the other truck has only put off 3 for his 5 stops. Now I have a truck stuck in PA till tonight waitting on another truck to deliver because they want to be an a. Hole.
Bottom line this company will not do what they tell you they will, there very rude and do not care if they cost you money or hardship. These are just a couple issuses I have had with them out of MANY. Beware of this company they will cheat and lie everytime they can..
