My elder parents were taken advantage of at refinance in 1999 Sacramnto

In 1999, my parents, both elderly refinanced their home and was assigned three different accounts & three different interest rates; all very high. This made for a hardship whereas they could not make all these payments on this social security checks.

I then had to give up my place of residence to move with them and help make all these payments. Over the course of five years, very little amount was paid to the loan.insurance was put on house when there was already insurance on the house; making them lose money and harrassing phone calls were tremendous.
