Continental Services is a rip-off company. BEWARE, do not give them your acct number or agree to getting their credit card.
They have debited my acct for 329.80 for a guarenteed CC in the amount of 2500.00 Have never received CC, paperwork, not a thing!!!
For the past week I have been trying to call them and "their system" is always down. Now today it is finally up and when I requested my money back they told me "No." That they do not issue refunds, it is against their company policy. Hmmmm... But it wasnt against their company policy to take the funds out of my acct!!!
When I asked to speak to a supervisor, (who in the past they told me they did not have, that they were all qualified as supervisors, but have since found out the supervisors name is Bradley Williams) I have been told that I cannot.
That customer service is fully able to handle all matters, and that if I wanted to speak to someone else I would have to hang up and call back again. Then no one would answer the phone. I kept getting an automated recording saying that the mailbox was full. After using all four of my lines and repeatedly calling until someone finally picked up I was then able to speak to another customer service person, her name Vanessa. She informed me that a report would be sent in that I was requesting a refund.???
She could not give me any other information then that, she told me I would have to call back to find out the status on my refund.
Now they verbally have acknowledged to me that they have NOT sent out my package yet, so why is it that they cannot refund my money??? Because its a scam and they are trying to buy more time so that I will not have a chance at recovering my money.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!
