First National Credit Card FRAUD!

I had sent $35 for rush processing, to get a credit card. The company cashed the check and never sent my card. The 800 numbers I got for the company were runarrounds. Phone number is different areas. One number will not let you speak to a person and the other number never always says to call back during business hours. Laguna Niguel 1-800-799-1003 & Eldorado Hills 916-605-1106 are the two phone numbers and locations. I dont care about the money but they have my SS# and Banking Information.
