Have been reading the rippoff reports on ocwen and wow what a surprise to find out soooo many people in the same situation. How does this happen in america? Am very upside down with my loan and though now that i am retired i could modify it. What a waste of time and effort all of this has been. After months of sending paperwork to them, speaking to people in india that cannot understand me and vice versa, wasting money sending them faxes with all that the stuff they wanted being told that i didn't send this of that i finally got someone in their offices in florida who pretty much told me they do NOT consider my retirement as viable income. They will take a loan from someone who is unemployed before me. My steady income is of no consideration to them so i have wasted time, money and effort for nothing! I am about to lose this home because they are unwilling to help. With all these people with the same complaint how come it has not happened? I would be more than willing to go in on this lawsuit. Count me in!!
