There said i was a winner of 2,000, 000.00. That i had to send $11.89 as well. Added extra $3.00 extra to rush it. I still got the paper work in the money order it has been cash

I recivied this reward letter say i was a winner of $2,000, 000.00. I filled out the proper paper work that i had to do. As well sent a money order of amount of $11.89 plus $3.00 to rush delivery. The money order has been cash.
