I was sent a letter in the mail stating that i was a pre-approved winner of $21,000.00, i was requested to do a 3 game tic tac toe an send in at first $15.00 but that was srachted out to $10.00each game was $5.00 but the 3rd game is free with my signature an a money order, check, or cash payment... This is the tenth letter that i recieved in the last 4 months, on each letter it was claimed that the winner would be receiving a bank check in may of this year. The name stamped on the paper is Alexander W.
