I am an owner of a multi-family commercial dwelling in Chicago area, which I have been paying for 8 years without any late payments, whatsoever to the currently renamed bank PNC. However, without any written explanation PNC bank has not renewed my loan this year and required the payoff of entire balance within 30 days.
