I purchased the Lease2Purchase Handbook based upon the following guarantee which appears on the Lease2Purchase.com web site:

I was not completely satisfied and requested my money back. I did not ask for double my money back, just for the $127.00 that I paid. It turns out that the above guarantee is not true. Mr. Beaubien states that when you hit the submit button to purchase this product you agree to a completely different guarantee. You only get your money back if you actually try to implement his strategies and fail. His Lease2Purchase handbook contains basic information and it is my opinion that implementing his strategics without knowing how to protect yourself can be a very costly endeavor.
Anyone considering purchasing this product should read the guarantee very carefully. It sounds to good to be true. I know, because I got sucked in and still haven't gotten my $127.00 back.in order to get your money back you must fail in your attempt to implement the Lease2Purchase techniques. How much will failure cost you?
In addition, you need to read Mr. Beaubien's disclaimers listed below. This alone should tell you that the information he is selling is completely worthless. You will only find this information in the Handbook after you have completed your purchased. I could not find it anywhere on his web site or in any of his promotional materials.
