I purchased a product from the topglock.com website, and it was DOA (dead on arrival). I returned it to them immediately requesting a refund. They refused to give a refund stating that they do not accept returns on such items, DESPITE THE WEBSITE TEXT SAYING THEY ACCEPTED RETURNS WITH A RESTOCKING FEE WHEN I MADE THE PURCHASE. Their "legal" link on their website states the following.
