Corruption is its own reward.in order for corruption to exist is for good employees to do nothing. And, when employees try to do something about it, they are fired to protect the ones in leadership positions.

Its incredible that most of your executives in America think that the unqualified, incompetent, dishonorable, ego-driven, and fraudulent person at Loomis, Grand Rapids, Michigan is actually doing a good job. Take a moment and think this through. Admit it to yourself, there are people in your business who are totally incompetent.

You have a manager who seems willing to circumvent authority to get his way, and increase his financial position through embezzlement. He may be the most scheming, conniving, and worthless human being know to man. The longer you keep him in your ranks the worse this base will become. His failure to train; his failure to communicate; and his failure to reward has ruined the careers of many good people.

According to new research, employee theft is costing American businesses about $200 billion a year, 40 percent of which can be attributed to the practice of sweetheart schemes. One such scheme seems to be being played out at the Grand Rapids, Michigan base. A case in point of a study, indicates this manager practices a sweetheart scheming method where he is motivated by the prospect of receiving better bonuses and deals from your employers, and short change your employees on rewards, raises, morale building, skimming on maintenance, security, training, and weapons qualification.

Your major problem with the American base appears to be with the executive teams failure of leadership. The Grand Rapids manager seems to enjoy firing and paying off employees who try to report management scams and thievery to your executive team. Your leadership team in America seems to be more interested in a witch hunt to cover up corruption, pay the severance, and sweep the problem out the back before criminal charges can be exposed.

Getting to the truth will be difficult because the employees who knew and understood the embezzlement scheme have been paid-off to shut-up and quietly sent away. You may need to come here and fire the entire bunch.incompetence, corruption, and embezzlement in the American Loomis base seem to run very deep.
