I was contacted by Guardian Financial about a great offer in May for a $2000 credit card, all I had to do was let them debit $249.00 from my checking account. I set up the debit, however later that day i looked the complany up on the internet and to my dismay I found information about them being a scam. It was too late for me however I called the company back and asked to cancel and they said no.
I received the package in the mail two weeks after it was promised and there was a lot of crap in it about credit reports and more forms to fill out asking for more money. I am very angry when the telemarketer contacted me all they talked about was a credit card, she never mentioned that it was a preload cards and she never talked about any of the other things that would come with it all she dicussed was the $2000 credit card.
I feel very foolish and I am very angry that a company which has complaints against it is still in buisness. If anyone is going to launch a class action lawsuit against the company let me know, I want to be a part of it. I will try to take the steps that usacomplaints.com.Com lists on trying to get the money back. I hope I have a good chance, because it has been less than 60 days.
