We applied for a loan Feb 1 and have had the worst experience w Angela Frazier, she takes 1-2 weeks to return a call/email. I cannot believe she is a branch manager for Suntrust. Please!!! Do a cold call for a loan and witness for yourself the most incompetent individual you will ever meet. I beleive she should be working at burger king, actually I dont think she could handle that.
