Ripoff Harrasement They start calling on the due date even after being told payment has been sent

Have Mortgage with HomeEQ and they start calling on the due date even after being told payment has been sent they keep calling 6 times in one day. Every day. I mailed payment on the first but they keep calling even though late charge is not assessed until after the 15th. This is HARRASEMENT in any since of the word. I am thinking about refinancing to get rid of HomeEQ
