Ipoff harassment, I don't know what kind of gestapo phone nazi game this is

I was contacted by a 'collection agency' in regards to a Home Depot account. The representative stated pay in full over the phone or 50% over two monthly payments.
I stated no, he then got all hot and bothered and threatened me with an attorney. I stated, 'If I do not have the money today, why would an attorney waste his time?'.

I then found out from my mother (who lives across town) that she was recieving phone calls from a David in San Diego. He would not give her info as to who he was and continues to ask about me.

He stated that her phone number was the last one I gave him. Well, I will not give my mother's phone number out as my contact number. I don't know what kind of gestapo phone nazi game this is, but until I hear from Home depot - no money goes anywhere!
