I read a press release where supposedly the customer information was claimed to be stolen by the broker of Realfi, Chuck Gottlieb, but yet none of the customers were ever informed by the company.
I have to ask why that is? The press release said the broker didn't report the theft to the State of Michigan either, only to the supposed thief's religious organization? Since when did it become ok not to follow the law, but only to tattle to the Church? What kind of man does that? Certainly not someone who claims to be religious themselves!
I want to know why customers weren't protected if there really was a theft. Why didn't Chuck Gottlieb file a police report, tell the mortgage board, or follow the law?
When the owner of a company is that underhanded and dirty then how can you trust doing business with the company at all? I know I don't. I'm still waiting for my letter from Realfi to let me know of the supposed theft, but I've never received one.
If it stinks this bad then you can't try to sugar coat it or act like this guy was right. Don't do business with this company, because if your private information obviously isn't safe and the person who it isn't safe by is the owner himself.
