Card not cancelled

I was billed a membership fee of $85.00, which I was not aware of. I had not recieved the credit card. I called and cancelled card. They sent a later saying it was cancelled. Then a few weeks later a got a statement with no amount due. A while later I recieved the credit card. It is in the credit bureau that I owe $85.00
