Harrassment for a 7 year old E.R. Visit paid that month by local charity Internet

Seven years ago, workmen at my apt., dropped a full box of floor tile on my foot, fracturing Left great toe.

The workmen were uninsured and none too emotionally stable. A local taxi donated ride to hospital emergency room where I was x-rayed, treated and released, barely able to walk.

Within the month, after being encouraged to fill out the necessary form by in-house quality assurance, my bill was paid by a local charity. Now, just shy of seven years later, I am boing harassed by mail and phone for this non-existent medical bill
