Aurora fsb, no response to Modification after two years of continously, contacting Aurora to follow up with renewals of documentation, and spending alot of money on faxes co

I have applied for the Obama Making Home Affordable Program, the first time we were on unemployment when we filed for this modification, after a year had passed after all the proper documentation was faxed to them, everytime we called to find out the status, they would request another document and ask for the same documents that were already sent in but to no avail,

I kept resending, over and over again and again. (in which I documented every conversation, with dates and times and how many pages were faxed and everytime they re-requested an already sent in document) we were denied cause Aurora sent it to the wrong program HAMP Program instead of the UPHAMP Program. This is a bunch of bull, Aurora makes a mistake and we pay for it wow...

This was after continuously calling them for an answer, so after there mistake I re-applied for another modification immediately and was told I had to send in New documentation, so I did and at this time he became employed but I was still not employed and after several months of the same freaking game I contacted Senator Diane Allen's office to see if she could help in which I copied everything and faxed it to her office but to no avail it is at a federal level and She could not help me, she said she forwarded to our congressmen, who I never heard from EVER,

So now all our documentation is out there with all our SS no# and banking info and personal information etc. When I call to follow up thinking I was really gonna get it this time, the recording will tell me the packet was COMPLETE and then I would still receive request for more and more documentation over and over again and again, but I kept on re-faxing and re-sending and calling in which I did document dates and times and who I spoke to, and to this date I still have no answer.

NOW, since August I have a direct contact person named Yolanda. So now when I call Aurora, they know my phone number and now send me directly to Yolanda recording, I continuously call her and leave messages but she insist on calling me when I am in work (I have left several messages for her telling her the best time to reach me, but to no avail she still calling me, between 9 and 10am when I am at work,

I have left her a message on the recording over and over I am at work between 9 and 10am and request her to call me anytime after 1: oclock in the afternoon. So when I get home I call her and leave a message every single day wanting to know the status of my modification. I did all this work with the documentation and faxing and proving income and hardship. I Need this Modification to keep my home that we have worked so hard for, For the past 13 years,

I recently found employment and have recently lost my significant other, due to the pressure of this mortgage. So now as a single parent, I feel I am entitled to this modificaation to keep my home and out of foreclosure. But to date I never reach anyone from Aurora nor have I ever gotten an answer or a modification. This modification has been a two year process now, Please help me!!! I am in desperate need of assistance.
