Mortgage fraud took place in 06, I am still fighting because the Judge Vandernorth let this group of people walk away, This group stole all the equity out of my house, took my payment from 802.79 to 1,879.00. Many other people these same group of people did this to have went to court and won there cases and gone on with there life, Of course they were white, 6 Years later i am still fighting, and i can not find not one lawyer or judge to take or listen to my case, Dan and Debbie Rubino names are still on my property, I was in forecloser Midwest equity said they could save my house. Its been and on going battle, I have been Rip off, and no one wants to help me. The world know my story every chance i get i am telling my story this is just wrong, I never sign the the contract for deed i still have it not sign, I owed 79.000. Anchor Bank refinance my house to the Rubinos 153,999. The Attorney i had that I paid 1,100.00 told the opposing party he was going to come up with a theory to off set any rewards the Judge give in my favor (, I have that document) It did not matter the Judge said he knew nothing about these type of cases, said settle it yourself and left the court room, Anchor Bank Attorneys took over, there is so much to this mess. Attorneys office said keep looking for a lawyer. So thats what i am doing.
