Paid for coins but none sent

I created and purchase from these men they cashed my check, 2 weeks later they contact and need to alter my gold-eagle to smaller cheaper francs - meanwhile platinum is up and that I am out my cash and silver and gold, I've a poor feeleing after studying additional grievances, I've never had this issue with additional platinum and silver sellers.
