Was rude to me on the phone, tried to make me pay a debt i dont owe

I was called out of the blue to this company. Stated i owed this electric bill of 234.00. I had not lived there since 20004, since then it burned down, these people started harrassing me, i am 60 on a fixed income and have health issues
