I used turbotax this season for that first time. Never again... They stated they shipped my card created me wait five buss times with no card actually arrived they received my cash from government on jan. 26 next they claimed okay we shall fed-ex you a brand new card 1 to 3 buss. But can't offer me having a following number properly speculate why that card never arrived... Requested them to move my cash to some differant consideration plus they stated can't get it done without having me having my card number... Therefore explained that they can matter another fresh card and fed-ex it 1 to 3 buss. Times... interesting nonetheless no card. They aren't prepared to do something to obtain me cash they have had for over per week...
