I checked my balance in my account online today and there were these 2 charges for WLIResversationRewards and WLITravelValuePlus. I have no idea who or what this is! Tried looking them up on the internet, no luck, tried 800# information, no luck. How can they do this??? This really is a big RIPOFF since I have no idea where it came from!!! I know so little about them I cannot even figure out what category to put them in.
