All State Insurance Mean Spirited

I switched Insurance From Allstate and they ended up charging me $207.00 that I didn't owe them. They only did this because I switched Home and Auto insurance. They wanted to squeeze me for additional money because they knew the cow wasn't going to give them any more milk!
