Accurise reps make whatever promises necessary to get your $ in their bank acct. When a credit reporting agency does not comply with Federal Regulations, they just send them another letter.
During their sales pitch, they promise that they can make the credit reporting agencies comply, but just
"send them another letter."
In the meantime, they continue to take payments from your acct at the rate of 89.00 a month, and this doesn't even include the very large "set up" fees. According to their representatives, the entire process for removing derogatory remarks from your credit report would take about one year to complete, so you are out of pocket for about $2000.00. But they never tell you this upon initial sign up.
