EIN P01539934 Filed taxes with last paystub, sent to IRS without permission and had refund deposited into their bank account

Immediate duty support didn't have authorization for processing my fees with my last paystub, but did and delivered it towards the government. They'd the resources transferred to their consideration without providing me the choice regarding how I needed my reimbursement dispersed.
