Instant tax Services is a scam. They did my taxes and made a major error and now i owe the IRS. I contacted them and to this day they are not trying to resolve issue. I now owe about $2,000.00 for their mistake in the handling of my taxes and the information they gave me, to the IRS because of the idiots they hire to do people's taxes. I live in Ohio and this company is rapidly growing. The are unprofessional and not even tax literate.
I went to the location in Maple Heights Ohio, and was told to resolve my issue with an office in Cleveland Ohio. I spoke with a Carol who was supposedly the customer service manager, but didn't know a thng about it.
I highly recommend to stick with the veterans to do your taxes such as h and r block and jackson and hewitt. You will get exactly what you pay for.
This company sucks and so does their employees.
