I sent for a service from Don Lapre after watching him on a T.V. Station. It was early morning or late night when I thought I'd place an order to try it out.
I sent a couple money orders, one for $125.00 and another for $224.00 for a 900# online. I chose dateline service. On this, I was going to mail or pass out catalogs with my 900# and four extentions in them.
I ordered 400 catalogs and fixed them up and passed some out, others I left on top of mail boxs, etc. And I waited to see if I'd get any orders and received none. I was vary disapointed in this and wanted my refund.
All I got was put offs and excuses when I wanted to collect. I made many calls and was told by one person or the other that I'd have to wait anywhere from three months to a few years.
Don Lapre filed bankruptcy of his Co. New Strategies. I called a phone number and asked for a claim form. I received it on 05/01/03. Then I'd mailed it back on 05/14/03.
After waiting for the courts reply, which I didn't get, I wrote a letter asking whats going on with my claim form but no answer.
I'm another person that was lied to, scammed into buying his worthless products! I'm still waiting for a refund and for being taken advantage of, I want all my money back this crook took from me. Add $39.95 S.& H. To the above amounts to get his worthless books as well.
