I too thought this was the answer. I spoke at length to Andrew, to Conrad, looked them up on the BBB and found they had a good rating (course at that point there must have been no complaints against them, 'cause now I can't find them). I have paid them all the money and honestly the minute I did, I have heard nothing! I have been switched from rep to rep and now I have someone named Jacque who says she always answers the phone. I have been sued and taken to county, city and supreme court and recently had to settle with the IRS for an account that was settled and it was considered income. Like I would know that, but the people at debt freedom center should. When I was sued, I got no help and I am waiting and waiting and never hear from them. It will be 3 years in November. I signed that contract, what happens to my unsettled debt then I ask how I could have been so stupid. But, my boyfriend checked them out and said give it a try. I was desperate. I don't know where to turn.
