This dealer cannot finance anyone! We went to their facility, put a cash deposit for the unit, as requested. We asked if they will need w2s and or proof of income, they replied you will qualify according to there standards, low and behold 3 days later they called and said they couldnt finance us, because we make too much money! I offered to have them call my accountant and she would facilitatye any documents or concerns, They told my accountant that they must have our w2s for well its just january 9 no one in the country has their w2s, the IRS and federal governmet dont rrequire employers to send out w2s till end of January, The idiots at little dealer demanded to my accountant that she produce my 2011 return imediately or face losing the sale.
WE have filed a complaint with the federal trade commission to the fact, be aware they want all your personal information and sit on their a* for a week. I called the Internal Revenue service and they told me, its illegal to demand someones tax return, prior to when the government allows employers ton send out! This place is not who we want to do business with, they only have 1 lending agency, that will work with them, what a shame for the az family that owns the dealer, they just dont know how our financial laws work. Who can get their taxes done before january 10 the w2s havent even been sent out! They are a real bunch of idiots.
