Cancellation for being 2 months late internet

Mutual of omaha wants to cancell my insurance for being two months behind on automatic payments.

Only nov was missed due to a change my bank accounrt which i had called in to report the change in my account

They had no trouble taking the dec payment out of the new account when they should have took the nov also
