Did not sign up for this ins. I do have ins. With Mutual of Omaha so when I went on line to find out who United Drs.ins was, the only thing I found was that SOMEHOW United Drs are supposed to be affiliated with Mutual of Omaha. It has been taken out of my checking acct. 01/15, 02/15 and 03/15 for $21.50 each time for a total of $64.50 so far. Trying to find a way of contacting them.
