Bank? What do I need to do now?

I received a letter of approval as I am sure most have. It stated to send no money that it was already approved. After finding this site and reading some of the stories of hidden charges etc... What do I need to do now? I havent recieved the card since I sent the letter in last week. What is the next course of action I should take?

Any help appreciated.
