Wow. I am so glad I found this website. I have had exactly the same experience with Cross Country Bank.
It took me six months of constant letter writing to get them to acknowledge that they were paid in full in May.
They responded only after I threatened in writing to report them for fraud.
I would like to know if the poster of the last complaint who received a *lawsuit* letter would post its contents? I certainly would LOVE to participate in lawsuit against Cross County Bank, and see them pay, pay, pay until they learn to never again pull their dirty tricks.
