Mortgage Restructuring Solutions, Inc. And owner Harvey Garte have completely and fraudulently misled myself and many many others into thinking that their home mortgages would be remodified through their assistance and service.
They were paid handsomely upfront ($3500), as a prerequisite to starting their service for you by negotiating with the proper banks involved holding their clients mortgages.
A number of years have passed with no solution or action taken in sight, while mr. Garte, owner of Mortgage Restructuring Solutions, claiming "it takes a long period of time to get these things done".
In the meanwhile he and his company is holding all the upfront fees, with nothing to show for it, and refuses to give anything back to his clients. This is totally FRAUD.
