Nature of Business
This company's business is a publishing company providing how to manuals for buying real estate, repairing credit and making money at home stapling booklets.

Bureau File Experience

We rate this company as having an unsatisfactory business performance record. The company's advertising is both deceptive and misleading. The company advertises nationally for home workers to staple their booklets for high earnings and guaranteed paychecks. However, the company's materials tell you how to place similar ads in newspapers, purchase mailing labels at an additional cost, and do not include the promised employment.

Complainants allege that once fees were sent to the company, they received nothing at all. The few people who did receive something, said they received a mailing list and instructions on how to place similar advertisings in newspapers, not work materials. Some complainants state they did not recieve the promised refund or received only $39 of the $42 paid for the program.in all cases, no work was provided and most complainants demanded a refund.

The company responded to complaints by making refunds, partial refunds, or offering explanations of the delays in shipping the materials. Some complaints are closed as unresolved, meaning the customer was not satisfied with with the company's response. Other complaints remain unanswered.

We caution against sending money to this type of company. Most of these offers are found in the help wanted sections of newspapers and other publications. These companies are not really looking to hire anyone. Their actual business is running deceptive advertising which is designed to entice the public to send fees to get started.

Further, addresses are usually mail drops, advertised phone numbers only reach recordings, and no local phone numbers are listed.

The Better Business Bureau does not endorse, recommend or disapprove of any product, service or company.

Government Actions
On June 20 the Federal Trade Commission filed a civil lawsuit against the company and its principals Robert Lee Anderson and Kenshin Hayashi. The suit claims the defendants violated federal law by making a number of misrepresentations to consumers in order to induce them to buy their work at home, booklet stapling opportunity. This case is pending.
