National City Bank customer service - checking account

I have a checking account with National City. I had auto deposit and auto pay. I lost my job almost two months ago as the company I worked for went out of business. I had absolutely no money to put into my account and before I could stop auto pay, a charge weny through. I was charged an overdraft fee, but it didn't stop there.

I informed them of my situation, but no help from them and the bank manager I spoke with was very rude and uncaring. I continued to be charged the overdraft t of $160.in the end I owed them over $500.00 for this one time overdraft of $160. When a overdue paycheck of $500 finally went into my account I could pay no bills with it, as National City took it for their fees. I think paying $500 for a one time overdraft of $160 is highway robbery. I ask that this be made right by returning some of that money to me.
