This company uses tactics to get consumers who have less than perfect credit to allow them to withdraw funds from checking accounts or credit cards to help repair your credit. They then are suppose to send you a package with all the material needed to help with that process.in addition, they are suppose to contact your creditors to eliminate high interest fees, cold calls and set up a payment plan to get you back on your feet.
After the 30 days trail membership then if your not 100% satified then your money will be refunded. A process that never happens. They hold you at bay for at least that time so getting through on the customer service line is vertually impossible. I've been trying for nine-months, now the number is disconnected and no forwarding number is available.
I was told the money is being processed everytime I finally were able to get through. I spoke to every supervisor or so-called supervisor they've patched me to. I knew I would never get my money back, however, I never gave up. I also informed them that I knew what they were doing and I have no way of physicall getting my money back, I also told them, I'm aware that this is a scam and I sure eventually your number would be disconnect and I was right.
Today, May 25 the number is now disconnected, when yesterday it was still in service. I can't imagined how many people they've scammed, I could hear the many countless customer service representatives on the lines just getting unsupecting customer money as a spoke with them and wished there were some way I could warn them.
Unfortunately, there all victims such as myself now. This report was submitted to the BBB and nothing has yet to be done, however there are others out there still being scammed by these crooks. They need to be stopped, Now!
