Ripoff TOOK a dozen phone calls to obtain refund of credit balance!

Cancelled card which had a credit balance of over $200 in late 2003.

Phoned over a dozen times and left a message with the auto request for a refund several times and the balance with an actual operator for the refund. Each time I was promised that the refund would be mailed.

Finally, five months later, I received the $.

This should be investigated and both Texas and USA law enforcement should stop them from doing this.
