He offers them financing on the basis of these fake Bank Guarantees. He has societes in Toronto Canada the US, Argentina and the Netherlands.
He passed me a Bank guarantee he was trying to use. When it turned out to be a fraud he claimed ignorance. I since discovered that he is still sending "clients" to those that are creating those fake guarantees.
He is also looking for financing for projects he doesn't own or control.
